Persistent voicecomplaints which seem to have an emotional background sometimes can be cleared up with an approach based on systemic constellations. In systemic constellations the clients genogram is taken as startingpoint. This may show heavy familyproblems. When not solved, these problems tend to get 'systemic', which meens that other familymembers try to carry it in their own lives. Clients seem to incorporate those patterns in the form of complaints.The workshop discusses some casestudies in which this method is applied.
